Themed Birthday Parties

You don’t have to wait until St. Patrick’s Day to start thinking green. All month long, we’re offering $100 off our regular Party Smarty birthday parties at both the HMNS Main and Sugar Land locations.

What does that mean to you? That means members can book for $200 instead of the usual $300 price for the entire month of March, while non-members can make their kids’ birthday dreams come true for $250. (Please note: Our $800 deluxe parties are not eligible for discount, nor are parties that have already been booked.)

So why not treat yo self this March and let HMNS’ party coordinators do the heavy lifting? From treat bags to decor to activities, we’ve got you covered.

Choose from an entomology theme you’ll go bug-eyed over in the Cockrell Butterfly Center, a dinosaur theme your guests will totally dig in the Morian Hall of Paleontology, or a soiree that’ll get you starry-eyed in the Arnold Space Hall.

The roller rink party is over. Usher in a new era of best-birthday-party-evers with the Party Smarty program at HMNS!

Party Smarty is any parent-turned-party-planner’s one-stop shop for everything from decor to thank you notes to treat bags.

Plan your get together with one of three themes: Explore entomology in the Cockrell Butterfly Center, dig through dinosaur history in our new Hall of Paleontology, or have a shindig under the stars in the Arnold Space Center.

Each two hour party includes a ginormous birthday card, a crafting session and an exhibit tour. Any theme can be customized with great add-on demonstrations like Chemistry or Science on Stage, Wildlife or Bugs on Wheels and more. Want a magician? What about a face painter? Balloon artist? We’re telling you – we’ve got your covered.
