A Hard Day’s Night

June 26, 2008

Who will you meet at Mixers?

It’s been a hard day’s night, and I’ve been working like a dog

It’s been a hard day’s night, I should be sleeping like a log

But when I get home to you, I find the things that you do

Will make me feel alright…

Relive the days of Beatlemania this Friday at HMNS’ Mixers, Elixirs, & IMAX! This Friday The Fab 5 keeps up the onslaught of the British Invasion at Mixers as they bring it home with a fantastic mix of 60s tunes.

The Fab 5 have been bringing party-goers together in Houston for over 17 years. And the Houston Musuem of Natural Science is one of the largest venues in Houston. How often do you go to a club in Houston with 1,000 people? And how often do you go to a club in Houston with over 1,000 people where you can actually walk around, have a casual conversation, and not feel claustrophobic?

The Museum is built with an educational purpose and there are thousands of children and students running through our halls every day. But, education happens after dark, too! Most nights and weekends, you can find revelers living it up, and learning a little something on the side. From weddings to team-building and fashion shows the Museum is an amazing place that can be transformed to accomodate thousands of people.

But you don’t need an invitation – Mixers, Elixirs, & IMAX is an awesome way to view it all in action from lighting to logistics. We know how to throw a party.

So when you’ve had a hard week, want to kick back, and are just plain ole sick of that crowded bar scene, venture on over to Mixers, Elixirs, and IMAX. Come and see how we’ve refined Friday nights by transforming a purely educational institution into one of the most elegant and relaxed settings in Houston.
